This new BB Cream by Smashbox is Awesome

Very recently I’ve been kinda psychotic about bb creams, but this is not an obsession without reason!

BB creams are beauty balms (thus the “bb” in bb cream) that are smack-dab in-between being a tinted moisturizer and a foundation. According to the packaging of the Smashbox BB cream you can “Moisturize, Prime, Perfect, Protect and Control oil in one step to create a flawless face in a flash.” Sounds awesome for those who are a bit on the lazy side like yours truly<3

BB creams are all the rage in Asia, but they were never available in North America until recently. I’ve known about bb creams for roughly a year, and to finally be able to try it (I’m a bit finicky and I like to buy things in store rather than online, unless it is truly exceptional) I went a little…batshitcrazy? haha. I actually have a big red mark on my right cheek, but because this bb cream offers more coverage in comparison to most tinted moisturizers; it covered and neutralized it! Gaaah, super happy! Especially because I don’t like wearing foundation everyday, because it usually slips off my face or it gives me pimples, but on the other hand I don’t necessarily like showing my acne scars either. Perfect compromise of a product? I think so :D
